We accept Paypal, the world's most convenient and highly secure method of paying via any major credit card. You do not need to be a Paypal member to enjoy the convenience of this program. Once you have completed your payment details, you can expect your printed material to be in the mail within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you have ordered a PDF version of any item in our catalog, you will receive a confirmation email message and link for downloading your order. 2. Postal order. Click on this link to get a copy of our Order Form (PDF version) and print it out. Next, fill in all the necessary information to complete your order and mail it to us with your payment. You can pay via cash, check or money order. Your order will be processed within 5 days of receiving it, and will be sent out via Media Mail (Surface Mail for all international orders). If you prefer quicker delivery, please add 5% to your order (domestic or international) for Priority Mail (domestic) or Global Priority Mail (international).
Individual articles: The price for each PDF download is $3.75, regardless of the size of the article All articles on one text CD: You can order a CD that has all 5 text files in PDF format for $18.00. We do not sell individual articles on a CD. If you order the CD, you will be shipped all articles available on this page.
